Pandarus Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Pandarus, the platform that helps solopreneurs and small business owners automate, optimize, and scale—without giving you a migraine.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pandarus platform, websites, mobile applications, and all related services (“Services”). By using Pandarus, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully… or at least skim them with coffee in hand.
1. Eligibility
To use Pandarus, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement
- Not be using Pandarus to run an evil empire
- Agree to these Terms
If you do not agree to these Terms, your browser has a magical little “close tab” button.
2. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users.
During the trial, you get access to the features included in your selected plan.
Trial Terms
- No charges occur until the trial ends.
- You may cancel anytime during the trial.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected plan rate will be charged automatically.
No hard feelings—we want your business because you love Pandarus, not because you forgot to cancel.
3. Subscription Plans & Billing
Pandarus offers monthly and annual subscription options.
3.1 Monthly Plans
- Your billing cycle begins the day your trial ends.
- After your first full month of service, you may cancel at any time.
- Your subscription renews automatically each month unless canceled.
3.2 Annual Plans
- Annual subscribers receive two months free (because we adore commitment).
- Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and renew automatically every 12 months unless canceled.
3.3 Pricing
All pricing is listed on the Pandarus website.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing, but we promise not to spring any surprise bills worthy of a soap opera plot twist.
4. Refund Policy
We want you to be delighted—however, we also try to avoid accounting chaos.
Refunds
- For monthly plans, refunds are only issued within the first three (3) days of the billing month.
- After the first three days, refunds are not provided— but you may still cancel for the following month.
- Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after the initial charge (except where required by law).
Cancellations
- Canceling stops future billing; it does not refund past charges.
- If you cancel mid-month (or mid-year for annual), your account stays active through the end of your paid period.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use Pandarus for lawful business activities
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Not access or attempt to access other users’ data
- Not use Pandarus to send spam, harassment, or shady stuff your future self will regret
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations.
6. Data, Privacy & Confidentiality
Your privacy matters.
Pandarus processes data in accordance with our Privacy Policy (coming soon or already posted—depending on where this conversation is in your timeline).
You retain ownership of the data you upload.
You grant Pandarus a license to use, store, and process that data solely to operate and improve the Services.
We do not sell your data. Ever. Not even for a lifetime supply of espresso.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
By using Pandarus, you agree not to:
- Upload viruses, harmful code, or anything likely to make our engineers cry
- Use the system to deliver unsolicited messages or violate anti-spam laws
- Misuse automations to annoy your contacts
- Use the platform in a way that risks system integrity or security
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Pandarus may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., payment processors, email providers, AI tools, etc.).
You acknowledge that:
- Third-party tools have their own terms and privacy policies
- We are not responsible for issues or data loss caused by third-party systems
We do our best to maintain smooth integrations—but sometimes tech gremlins sneak in.
9. Service Availability & Updates
We strive for reliable uptime and continuous improvements.
You acknowledge that:
- Occasional maintenance or outages may occur
- We may update or modify features at any time
- Some updates may introduce new functionalities or remove outdated ones
We promise updates are to make the experience better, not to rearrange all your buttons for fun.
10. Intellectual Property
All Pandarus software, branding, content, and intellectual property are owned by Pandarus, LLC.
You may not:
- Copy, reverse engineer, duplicate, or resell the Services
- Use Pandarus trademarks without permission
You may brag about how much easier Pandarus makes your life. We highly encourage it.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- You fail to pay fees
- Your use presents security or legal risks
If your account is terminated for violation, refunds are not provided.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
While we aim for perfection, we don’t guarantee:
- Zero downtime
- Error-free experience
- That Pandarus will fix your love life, business partnerships, or sleep schedule
Use the platform at your own risk, with your own good judgment.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pandarus is not liable for:
- Lost profits
- Data loss
- Business interruptions
- Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the past 12 months
Let’s just agree not to sue each other over minor digital hiccups.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].

15. Changes to Terms
